Lydia is the Owner and Director of Montessori Life. She earned her bachelor's of science degree in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University and has a collective 7 years of experience in early childhood education. Lydia enjoys creating new ways to learn and is excited to support the teachers and students on their learning journeys. Lydia is a mom of 4 and enjoys sightseeing with her family. Montessori Life is her passion and she is excited to lead staff and families on this journey.

Brandi is a vibrant Lead Teacher at Montessori Life. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Akron. Brandi brings her diverse classroom experience and bubbly personality to our program. When Brandi isn't teaching she enjoys playing with her cat, napping and spending time with her husband. Brandi is passionate about establishing a proficient continuum of learning at home. When your family joins the journey, Mrs.Crawford will be there to guide you!

Roseanne is the friendly Receptionist at Montessori Life. She earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Photo Illustration from Kent State University and has extensive training and experience in Information Technology. Roseanne Is passionate about creativity, travel and hearing peoples' stories. She is an amazing asset to Montessori Life and is here to help you navigate this preschool journey. In her past time, Roseanne loves playing with her dogs, kayaking and taking photographs! Should you call, visit or message us with a question, Roseanne's will be the friendly face you see and welcoming voice you hear.

Mrs. Smith is our newest lead teacher. Like each one of our team members, Mrs. Smith's professional journey resembles that of Maria Montessori. Mrs. Smith has taught Kindergarten through high school, worked with disabled children and adults at Hattie Larlham and has planned curriculum for high school Montessori students thrrough the History Museum. She has a passion for supporting children on their journey to self discovery and is excited to experience Montessori at the primary level. Mrs. Smith holds a master's degree in Secondary Education. She loves gardening, traveling spending time with family and pets and has a desire to engage in a successful launch of the love of learning with our Montessori Life Families. Should you visit, hers is the face your child will see as they carry on the business of self discovery.
We are searching for a reliable, dedicated life long learner to join our Montessori Life Community as a Classroom Assistant. The Classroom Assistant's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting our students with previously presented lessons
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the school environment
Assisting students with toilet training needs
Engaging in meaningful play and lesson preparation
Ideally, this candidate would have a desire to grow with our program and to learn more about the Montessori Approach. Desirable candidates should possess an Associates degree or higher and outstanding candidates are open to getting it wrong sometimes, learning from their mistakes, and embracing creativity and independence of children.
